I.T. Support Desk
We have remote support tools enabling our team to quickly & securely access any device within our scope of support. We use an industry leading ticketing & VOIP phone system enabling our team to work from anywhere. Technical support is provided Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 17:30 and on Saturdays and Bank Holidays from 09:00 - 16:00. Outside of office hours we have dedicated members of staff allocated for Monday to Friday until 22:30 for live sale and mission critical issues.
We provide on the road engineers from our head office in Devon, our Midlands office and our Irish office.
